Lily Einhorn is a creative producer, consultant, coach, writer and community engagement specialist. Recent producing includes Noye’s Fludde, a co-production between Theatre Royal Stratford East and ENO with a community cast and orchestra of 300 participants aged 6 to 70, and a touring festival of Queer, Trans and non-binary artists with a local engagement focus for CPT. Recent consultancy includes for CPT on their adult community show, Human Jam, and the Donmar Warehouse’s first public community show, Assembly. Lily ran adult community work at the Young Vic for nearly 7 years. She’s currently developing her own work and was a member of the Freelance Task Force. Lily has written online articles on community theatre for publications including The Stage, Fuel and Theatron and contributed chapters to Performance and Community: Case Studies and Commentary ed. Caoimhe McAvinchey (2013) and Culture Shift: Creative Leadership for Audience Centric Performing Arts Organisations ed. Benita Lipps (2015).
