What We Will Do
Year 1: Learning and Inspiration
- Workshops with Artists: Explore artforms like dance, visual art, and performance as tools for protest, through workshops with professionals who have used their craft to make an impact.
- Sessions with Global Changemakers: Meet inspiring youth leaders from across the world—POC, global majority, and indigenous voices—who will share their stories and spark inspiration.
- Community Building: Focus on building relationships and creating a supportive, inclusive space to grow together.

Year 2 and Year 3
In Year 2, participants will identify the changes they want to make in their community and the artforms they want to use to do this. With support from Company of Others and professional artists, they will begin creating change-making campaigns and raising awareness about their chosen issues.
In Year 3, the project becomes youth-led, with participants taking ownership as they bring their campaigns to life and work to make the changes they want to see in their community. They will also play a key role in inspiring and recruiting the next cohort of changemakers.
